How do I receive my download after payment?
After sending payment via JazzCash, go to the verification page, enter your JazzCash Transaction ID and sender phone number. Once verified, your download link will be unlocked instantly.
My download link is not working. What should I do?
Contact us on WhatsApp at 03125900730 with your Order ID. We will re-activate your download within a few hours.
I paid but the transaction ID is not being accepted.
Make sure you are entering the correct Transaction ID from JazzCash. If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of your JazzCash payment receipt on WhatsApp.
Are the Excel templates compatible with Google Sheets?
Most Excel templates work with Google Sheets, but some advanced features (like macros) may not be supported. Microsoft Excel 2016+ is recommended for the best experience.
Can I use the Canva templates without a paid Canva account?
